Environmental Partners
Progressive Partners Promoting Health
The Huntington Breast Cancer Action Coalition, Inc. (HBCAC) and the Learning Disabilities Association of New York State, Inc. (LDANYS) would like to acknowledge the generous support of the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) toward a campaign that educates the public about preventing pollution at home and in our communities. Through the HBCAC Look Before You L.E.A.P. ™ educational environmental program, families learn about the health effects of four environmental toxins that are prevalent in our homes: Lead, Endocrine Disruptors, Air Pollution and Pesticides.
Look Before You L.E.A.P. ™ not only provides resourceful information, but offers safe alternative choices for families to help them make better purchasing decisions. For more information about this innovative program please visit: www.ribbet.org.
The vision for the NYSP2I is to foster the transformation and development of sustainable businesses and organizations in New York State in a collaborative program committed to making the State a leader in environmental stewardship. For more information about NYSP2I visit: www.nysp2i.rit.edu/.
