Regs on Chemical Exposure

On April 16, 2010, Judith Enck, EPA Director for Region 2, convened the first of many roundtable discussions with focus on diverse and priority environmental issues.  Many organizations were in attendance each providing invaluable insights on the environmental challenges that we face.  The quality our air, water; as well as the urgent need to remove endocrine disrupting chemicals from consumer products was discussed in depth.  Ms. Enck shared with us some of the EPA’s short and long term goals.  It is our hope that under Ms. Enck’s leadership, science based research will be translated into regulatory action.
